- Work with clients to achieve capacity, quality, on time delivery and meet price needs
- Lead cross-functional Article development, trials, counter sampling, Lab dips
- Ensure routine on-site inspections of leather orders during production – Assist to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Timely and Accurate Data report – track/report monthly KPI’s to all tanneries
- Attend/Lead cross-functional meetings
- Special Projects as assigned
